To whom it may concern...
I am moving on from this blog to a new one with an easy, more spell-able and pronounce-able name. For my three followers, (you know who you are), I hope you will follow me on my new blog, which I am going to concentrate more on updating and posting things even though no one may read them. The name of my new blog is:
WHOLLY UNCONNECTED (@ blogspot)
And yes, it has a Pride & Prejudice connotation. :) So, if it would please you, because it would certainly please me, visit "Perfectly Unaware" and gain the tidbits of information that I have to give you. Hasta la vista!
Unconvegetably Fabulous
A mixture of the fabulous and spectacular, into a fun blog with a teen's views on fashion, literature, music, and everything else.

I Am A Fail
Turns out I completely failed on updating my blog while I was in France. My excuses are that we had bad internet connection, my camera sucks, and I was too tired from walking all day. Pretty lame, I know. So I'll attempt to redeem myself by posting a few pictures so anyone that reads this will get at least a little feel of Paris.

First Entrance in France
My mom and I are currently at the airport, waiting to board our flight to Paris, France! We are going on a 10 day adventure to Paris and Normandy; visiting friends, eating snails, shopping, sight seeing, and hopefully not getting lost. I am going to do my best to keep this blog updated with pictures and reviews of all the hot spots in Paris. Right now I'm feeling kind of nervous, but overall I'm super excited. Seeing as neither my mom nor I speak any French, we'll be relying heavily on our phrasebook and friends/guides. Wish me luck, and hope that we don't get pickpocketed! So, come on and follow me on my trip to Paris!

New Favorite Book
Ok, I have discovered my new favorite book. I am a big fan of Jane Austen, her work, that time period, and reading books that have the format of a journal, so this was right up my alley. It is called I Was Jane Austen's Best Friend by Cora Harrison. It's about Jane Austen's cousin named Jenny Cooper, and her experiences being a friend of Jane, finding herself, and falling in love with a dashing Captain. Overall, a must-read!

Display your favorite fashions
I have so many favorite adds from all the fashion magazines. I like to rip out the ones that inspire me, the ones whose outfits I want to replicate ,and the cool high fashion ones. I had an empty cornisboard over my window, and my mom suggested putting the magazine pictures on it. At first I was wary of it looking cheap, but it looks so cool. So, now I have an inspiration board over my window. I also have a couple pictures on the back of my door, and a collage on some of my school binders. (I went a little magazine crazy!). You can change the pictures whenever the fads change, or whenever you find one you like better than the ones you already have. You have to make sure you don't go way overboard :), or you'll look like you live in a fashion magazine printing office. It's a really trendy, cheap way to decorate your room to show your style and fashion preferences.
Shabby Chic Holder of Stuff
My mom's friend had the best idea for a cake/cupcake/jewelry holder. Personally, I use it to hold jewelry, or my many pairs of sunglasses. You get a decorative plate, and a crystal goblet, and you hot glue/super glue them together to make a stand. It is super cute and cheap. Just go to the DI, Salvation Army, or even a craft store like Hobby Lobby to get a cute plate, and find an old crystal goblet or wine glass. It looks really whimsical because of the clear glass and sometimes the plate even looks like it's floating over twisted air. I'm telling you, it's the coolest thing ever.
Quirky Accessories
I have had these little multi-colored tea pots for as long as I can remember, and only now do I fully appreciate them. They're so cute and little and quirky. They are a perfect addition to a cluster of accessories on a shelf, or for really any decoration. They are so chic! They remind me of something that Mrs.Weasley from Harry Potter would have as a decoration somewhere in her crazy house. :)
