New Favorite Book
Ok, I have discovered my new favorite book. I am a big fan of Jane Austen, her work, that time period, and reading books that have the format of a journal, so this was right up my alley. It is called I Was Jane Austen's Best Friend by Cora Harrison. It's about Jane Austen's cousin named Jenny Cooper, and her experiences being a friend of Jane, finding herself, and falling in love with a dashing Captain. Overall, a must-read!

i see mrs. gardner has probably influenced/indoctrinated you into being a jane austen fan, no?....please read jane eyre this summer. please, please, pretty please with sugar on top and then compare the two authors and types of stories. then let's see which one is still your favorite?!
